The Uruguayan Chivito
















Today I present "El Chivito uruguayo". That´s the a local version of the kaiser on a bun. This one is the "canadiense" or canadian, wich is the suped up version of the chivito, with bacon pepers and the works, a real gut stuffer.
PS: The beer in Uruguay is quite good as well.
