Puerto Nuevo is the recently redeveloped old port which houses some high end buildings and restos

It is right along the Costanera and can be walked to from the downtown area. It is a similar idea to what you will see in Puerto Mdero, Buenos aires, but with a more prestigious view of the river.

Long weekend in Rosario - Basilica Nuestra Señora del Rosario

Now, for a city called Rosary in province named Holy Faith, I was expecting to find more sumptuous churches in the downtown area, but to my dissapointment there is only one church worth visiting which you will find right across the main park.

The Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary is Rosario´s Roman Catholic Cathedral and is simple and proportionate on the outside and well ornamented on its interior, it is open mainly on the afternoons and around service time.

Like every big city Rosario has some beautiful nightime scenes to visit and photograph.

Be it a sunset on the river or its "Monumento a la Bandera" you will find many night scenes to admire.

Unlike Buenos Aires Rosario is a city thtat prestiges its River. The Costanera or Riverside walk sorounds most of the city and will yeild many diferent aspects.

You can walk, bike or run it and see many beautiful panoramas and pass through different parts of town.
