Colours at San Miguel de Allende

Even though I got soaked by the rain, I still got some lovely images at San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.

Tlaloc and the Rain

Since its been raining out of season, and therefore ruined some of my excursions, I decided to blame it on Tlaloc, the Aztec deity of rain, whose 165 tn satue sits in front of the Antropology Museum in Mexico City ( a must see ). this monolith was laying on it back on the outskirts of the City, and was moved to the museum in 1964.

La Virgen y el santo

Everybody loves Our Lady of Guadalupe, including “El santo” a famous Mexican wrestler, that has appeared in innumerable movies from the 60s and 70s. He would never take his mask off, even during his public appearances, as corny as that may sound.
I saw this painting in the Museo de Culturas Populares in Coyoacan, Mexico City.

Iluminated Facade

Good job, to the people that iluminated Notre Dame des Victoires church, in Quebec City. the theme would change each minute or so, and you could send a message on Twitter to be displayed.
