In a quick trip to Rosario, Santa Fe, I stayed at the 83 Hostel in downtown Rosario.
Definitelly well located downtown Rosario with anice view of Calle Cordoba, decent beds and a very basic breakfast, but if you want to be close to the downtown amenities, its a good choice.
