The Patricio's Regiment is the oldest military institution in Argentina being formed in 1806 even before the country´s independence.
Since yesterday was it´s anniversary they held an open house event where you could visit its premises.
One of the features was its museum which holds artifacts and scale models of Buenos Aires at the time of the English invasion in the early 1800s.
The regiment has a very privileged location right in the Palermo neighbourhood so it was crowded with families with kids that enjoyed a display of jeeps, military bands and food trucks.
