Long weekend in Tucuman - Tafi del Valle Cerro de la Cruz
The "Cerro de la Cruz" is a must when in Tafi del Valle. At a walking distance from the city
It provides the perfect view for your "I´ve been there" photos, with a 360 view of the surrounding valleys.
Whit a semi arid climate it still has beautiful vegetation and cacti to admire. In all it will take you 4 hours to climb and descend with an easy hiking path. Do bring wind proof clothing and water.

Long weekend in Tucuman - Tafi del Valle
This year I spent my Easter long weekend in Tucuman province in Argentina´s Northern region.
First day we went over to Tafi del Valle which is 100 clicks away from San Miguel de Tucuman, the province´s capital
A lovely town surrounded by beautiful green nature with rolling hills and plenty of places to hike, it is great for a day trip or to spend the weekend.

at "la noche de los Templos 2018"
As in previous years I had the chance to do the night of the Temples.
Organized by the city of Buenos Aires, it is an evening in which most of the religious houses of woeship in the city are open to the public, more as a cultural venue than as a temple.

La noche de los Templos 2007 in Buenos Aires

Same as last year I attended the "Noche de los Templos"hosted by the city of Buenos Aires.
This time I visited the holy Saviour Anglican church located in Avenida Cramer 1700 in the Belgrano neighbourhood.
ouiBuilt in 1886 by the English inmigrants that lived in the area, it is a fine example of neogothic religious architecture.
I also had the pleasure of listening to some fine english Cristmas Carols, sang by the local church choir.
