They got me this time, I left my NORCO bike chained at a most busy intersection (Av. La Plata y Venezuela) and it was gone without a trace. I survived Toronto,Mexico and London, but they got me in Buenos Aires. Anyway this post is intended for you expats living in Buenos Aires.
